This is a replica of an 1861 Civil War Cannon which has been made from metal. This model nicknamed as 'Napoleon' was the most popular one used throughout the American Civil War. This particular weapon was one of the most important pieces of the conflict that supposedly made up almost 40% of the ordnance of the artillery. It was widely admired for its safety, reliability and efficiency particularly in short ranges. Approximate size 18 x 10cm.
