| Original M42 helmet possibly refurbished. Helmet stamp is faint and illegible. Complete with liner and chinstrap, liner features a very unusual circular stamp with a Boar to the centre. As Camouflage helmets are very difficult to authenticate, we have shown this helmet to several helmet Camouflage experts for second opinions. Opinions on this helmet are split with some saying refurbished and others saying original. In light of this we are selling this helmet as possibly refurbished to be on the safe side, and have priced it accordingly at a fraction of the price of a camouflage helmet. Either way it makes an excellent display piece. |
