| SS Diensteid-Bescheinigung Oath Certificate. Designed as an individual record sheet to be filled out by a military clerk for a single recruit following a mass swearing-in ceremony. The blank lines were meant to record the soldier's name, their date of birth, their assigned military unit, and the date the oath was taken. Printed by Mayr Miesbach GmbH printing house, a historic Bavarian print shop located southeast of Munich that was contracted to manufacture official paperwork for the German military and SS organizations. |
