This BC-348 Receiver was first produced in the mid 1930's and was installed in almost all USAAF multi engine transports and bombers such as the B-17 Flying Fortress and B-24 Liberator. The receiver is missing the dial shield lights and cover from the top right and the data plate below. The bakelite headphones are stamped with 'Receiver ANB-H-1 MADE IN USA BY UTAH-CHICAGO' .The headband adjustment plate is stamped 'HB-7' and the rubber ear cups are in good condition and also stamped 'MC162-A for manufacture by the 'Wm .J .Murdock Co.
